What kind of software does dev.cy build?
We build web platforms and custom software, cross-platform mobile apps in Flutter, and cloud infrastructure — plus DevOps, security, systems integration and performance/SEO work. We have delivered 50+ platforms across banking, telecoms, media, retail and energy.
Where is dev.cy based, and do you work with clients outside Cyprus?
We are based in Cyprus and work worldwide. Engagements run remotely with the same delivery discipline regardless of location, from first scope through to ongoing operation.
How do you price a project?

How quickly will you respond to an enquiry?

What technologies and platforms do you work with?
Web platforms and CRMs, Flutter for iOS and Android, Docker and Kubernetes with CI/CD for delivery, and Oracle, Postgres and MySQL for data — with security aligned to ISO 27001.
Can you review or take over an existing codebase?
Yes. We run independent source-code reviews and vulnerability assessments — covering insecure patterns, deprecated dependencies and structural risk — with hands-on remediation, and can take ownership of existing systems.
Do you provide client names and references?
Our public work is anonymised. Named references and detailed case studies are available on request during scoping.
How do you handle deployments and releases?
We use staging environments that mirror production alongside CI/CD pipelines, so every release is predictable, repeatable and reversible.
